The tram station is just located in front of the hotel and it is very easy and convenient to explore Prague with tram. Upon arrival, the hotel staff will give you a public transport map and also city map. Tickets machine is just located near the reception counter and if you do not have coins, you can always get help from the friendly hotel staff.
Parking garage at 300Kč per night is rather expansive. Anyway, there are ample free parking space in front of the hotel. However, with the warning signboard on Car Break-Ins and Car Theft, we decided to park our car in the garage. After staying 2 nights there, I would think it is relatively safe to park in front of the hotel and do not leave valuables in your car.

There was a god area with friendly staff and very clean every where inside.I stayed with my whife for 5 nights.I will come back and I will stay again there.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. No problems with communication in various languages. Hotel located a short walk from the metro station - very convenient way to get to the city center. Breakfast was tasty but repetitous - stayed for three days and every day was the same set of food. Not a problem for me but for longer stays can be irritating.
Awfully stained carpets! In the canteen and the rooms the carpets were filthy. Some washing from time to time would be a good idea.

Most of the staff are not friendly and not helpful; The hotel is not responsible for property left in rooms, which to me is unacceptable; Check- out is just after 7 am, and the hotel is across the city in relation to the airport, making it impossible to catch early morning flights; etc...

Price, sheets/towels were changed every day, breakfast was ok (not too many things to choose from but enough for a good first meal of the day). For me and my friends was ok ( we travelled in Prague at the beginning of may with an average temperature of 17 Celsius). Tram station in front of the hotel. For the subway you need to walk for about 10 mins (or take the tram for about 5 stations)
a bit under 3 stars if u want to be thorough about raiting it.

First of all, an excellent host, smiling, friendly English speaking team. Value for money with excellent breakfast buffet. 4 choices of dishes at the buffet dinner as well. Spacious bedroom, bathroom proper, even if they are "antiquated," cleanliness is essential. The location of the hotel is also perfect, tram 11 - stop Solidarita - just opposite the main entrance of the hotel. Metro to 5 / 10 minutes from the tram and downtown Prague in even 30 minutes! Best way to visit the city, take an unlimited pass -airport included- for 100Kc (4 € / person).
